Your festival's own timetable app

Your lineup.
Every phone.
Zero signal needed.

A timetable app in your festival's brand, installed from a link in seconds. No app store. When the lineup changes, every phone picks it up.

About 2 MB installed. No accounts, no downloads.

Real screen recording of the demo festival, start to finish, no cuts.

Built for Garbicz Festival 2026: six days of music, sets that run straight through the night, schedule changes handled from the field.

The product, in your brand

Attendees see your festival's name, logo, fonts and colors on your own domain. Nothing in the app says our name.

Installs from a link, works offline

People add it to their home screen in seconds, on any modern iPhone or Android. No app store, no big download, nobody stuck on last year's version. After the first visit it all lives on the phone and works in a dead zone.

Updates itself

Change the schedule and every phone picks it up on the next scrap of signal, with a short note on what changed. A phone that never finds a bar all weekend still shows the right times.

Built for festival time

One continuous timeline across the whole event. A set from 23:00 to 01:00 is a single block, and the schedule runs through midnight the way the festival does.

Private by default

No accounts, no cookies, no tracking. Favorites and notes never leave the phone, so there's nothing to consent to and your GDPR page is one honest paragraph.

Run the schedule live, from the field

The admin tool is the same app with editing switched on, so what you see is exactly what attendees get.

  • Drag, resize and edit acts directly on the timetable
  • Publish in seconds; one-click rollback with full version history
  • Multiple admins at once, with conflict detection and merge
  • Choose per change: notify attendees or apply silently
  • Works from a phone at the production office at 3 am

Questions organizers ask

What happens when there's no signal?

Everything keeps working: timetable, favorites, notes, search. The app stores itself on the phone on first load, and schedule updates resume the next time it sees any connection.

Who updates the schedule during the festival?

Your team, through the admin tool. It's built for non-technical staff and works from a phone. If you'd rather not think about it at all, we offer a schedule operator add-on and run it for you.

Is it only for music festivals?

It's built for festivals first: many stages, long days, weak signal. It also fits fringe and theatre festivals, carnivals and other multi-venue events with a schedule. Conferences usually want lead capture and attendee analytics, which this app deliberately doesn't do.

When do we pay?

Nothing until you've seen your festival in the app. The branded preview is free. If you go ahead: half at signing, which starts the build, and half at delivery, before your show days. Returning editions are a single invoice.

Can it really match our brand?

That's the point. Fonts, colors, logo, app icon, stage names and your domain. Attendees see your festival, not our product.

See your festival in it, free

Put your name, colors and font on the real app, then send it over in one click. Within 48 hours you get a private link with your logo and lineup in place of the demo. No commitment, no invoice. Either it sells itself or it doesn't.
